Overview
Responsible for improving the reliability, integrity, and performance of fixed mechanical assets, including pressure vessels, piping, tanks, heat exchangers, and other static equipment.
This role focuses on preventing equipment failures, reducing unplanned downtime, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation in accordance with internal standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Creates predictive and preventative maintenance care plans.
Owns standardization of technology.
Creates and delivers training to develop the technical capabilities of the unit team.
Works with OEMs and unit teams on specification and selection of new equipment.
Networks with peers at other sites and across industry to identify and adopt best practices for technology and reliability programs.
Leads and provides direction for technical directives as they pertain to mechanicalintegrity.
