What can you expect in this role?
- Provide technical claims advice within the auto line of business and serve as a subject‑matter expert to support the development of line‑specific training.
- Support frontline adjusting teams and leadership by providing technical guidance and building overall claims expertise.
- Develop, document, and maintain standards, policies, and procedures related to auto claims handling.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise technical communications to multiple claims groups.
- Participate in Quality Assurance file reviews and audits; support the development of action plans and document outcomes.
- Keep team members informed of relevant industry, legal, and internal corporate developments.
