The Advisor, Customer Intelligence & Operations (Automation & RPA Business Architect) plays a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of operational and back-office processes at Oriental.
This position focuses on building and maintaining intelligent automation solutions by integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, software development, low-code applications, data integration, analytics, and artificial intelligence services, in alignment with the scope and limits permitted for our unit.
