Responsibilities
- Manage a large‑scale digital transformation project, including the implementation of a database, website redesign, and the deployment of an engagement platform, in accordance with best practices and legal requirements (including Bill 25).
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate agreements, and oversee data migration between platforms, ensuring compliance.
- Develop a detailed monitoring plan and delivery schedule, and present monthly reports to the relevant departments, ensuring that requests are met.
