Opportunity
Reporting to a Team Leader in PI Underwriting and Billing, this role is accountable for assisting brokers and customers with complex underwriting, billing, product, and pricing inquiries. The incumbent reviews and approves underwriting and billing exceptions within authority limits, handles referrals beyond their authority, and communicates rationale for risk appetite, product, guideline changes, and premium dislocations. All decisions are clearly explained to brokers to ensure understanding of our policies.
Responsibilities
• Process complex transactions not supported by broker self‑service, including billing inquiries, new business, policy changes, claims alerts, and reinstatement exceptions, in accordance with underwriting guidelines and authority.
