The Software Engineer contributes to the overall success of the Customer Communications Composition team in Canada, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the application architecture design centered around Opentext Exstream and Opentext Communications Builder/Communications Server
- Work closely with end users, SMEs, cross functional teams and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed
