Job Responsibilities
- Coach Product Group Owners who are Senior Manager/AVPs.
- Coach multiple teams some of which are part of an Agile Release Trains (team-of-teams).
- This role is focused on coaching the teams and SMs – not delivery or project management.
Skills and Experience Required
Required
- 3-5 years of coaching experience across multiple teams.
- Highly skilled with Scrum and Kanban practices. Both are must-haves because the Lines of Business have both type of teams. <...
