Role Summary
Reporting to the VP of Project Governance Office, the Agile Delivery Manager mentors multiple Agile teams and oversees the end‑to‑end delivery of products or services using Agile methods. The role facilitates sprints, stand‑ups, and other Agile ceremonies across teams to drive alignment, remove impediments, and enable continuous delivery of valuable increments that delight customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching teams on Agile practices, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members.
- Enabling alignment across multiple teams and ensuring cohesive delivery.
- Removing impediments and resolving bottlenecks to keep teams productive.
- Tracking dependencies and work in progress to identify and address bottlenecks in end‑to‑end flow.
