We’re hiring an AI Acceleration Lead to own how AI becomes part of how every team at Credit Genie works. You’ll sit at the intersection of program management, learning & development, and applied AI—partnering with our Director of AI and Business Systems Lead to take the foundation we’ve built and grow it into a sustainable, high‑impact function.
What You’ll Do
Enablement & Program Ownership
- Own the evolution of our AI Enablement program—from establishing baseline AI proficiency across every team to developing advanced, function‑specific use cases in engineering, sales, ops, marketing, CS, and beyond.
- Design and deliver enablement experiences that meet people where they are: structured onboarding, workshops, async self‑serve resources, and ongoing education pathways.
