Role Overview
We are seeking a systems-thinking AI Engineer who can design, deploy, and maintain production-grade voice AI and agentic automation systems across cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage LiveKit, voice AI agents, and automation workflows
- Manage AWS or similar cloud infrastructure (CPU/GPU workloads)
- Configure and optimize AI inference performance
- Integrate AI agents with telephony, CRM, and automation tools
- Build backend-heavy systems supporting AI voice infrastructure
- Monitor system reliability and performance metrics
Prerequisites
- Experience working on Agentic Voice AI or similar real-time AI systems
- Strong backend engineering capability
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or similar)
- Experience managing compute resources (GPU/CPU optimization)
