PALO IT seeks a Research Ops & Insights Enablement professional in Mexico City to scale and govern the Research Ops practice. The role focuses on enabling reliable, decision-oriented research across the organization by establishing operational systems that facilitate continuous discovery and ongoing research programs.
You'll leverage AI to accelerate analysis and synthesis while partnering with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering. Ideal candidates possess strong experience in research operations, advanced mixed methods, and familiarity with relevant research tools.
