Mandatory skills:
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Performance / Paid Ads / Automation)
1+ year of hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing content creation
Proven experience generating AI-based short-form videos at scale
Experience launching and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Experience building marketing automation workflows (email sequences, lead nurturing, content repurposing)
Strong understanding of AI marketing tools, trends, and best practices
Data-driven mindset (focus on ROI, CTR, CPL, performance metrics)
Ability to work independently and test new AI tools proactively
English C1 or more
