Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for an AI Portfolio Coordinator to support the Wealth Management – AI Center of Excellence. This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (4 days in office per week).
Role Overview:
The AI Portfolio Coordinator will be instrumental in coordinating project intake, tracking portfolio progress, and preparing executive updates and dashboards. This role will ensure that documentation and risks are managed effectively, contributing to the overall efficiency and governance of AI initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and triage AI ideas, maintaining pipeline hygiene and supporting sprint and capacity planning for project squads.
- Build and refresh portfolio dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor key performance indicators and publish recurring reports for leadership.
- Coordinate agendas, materials, and minutes for governance councils and portfolio reviews, tracking actions to resolution.
