Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager plays a crucial role in organizing and overseeing daily activities. You will manage and motivate the customer service and production teams, ensuring their development through regular training. Key Responsibilities:
• Train and motivate production and customer service teams
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Work closely with Project Managers on various initiatives
• Be hands-on in daily operations and team tasks
• Control inventory for automotive-related products
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer service roles
• 5+ years in team management experience
• Automotive knowledge preferred
