Overview
Join a team at the forefront of military aviation training and help shape the next generation of RCAF aircrew. PAL Aerospace has partnered with SkyAlyne, the prime contractor for the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program for the Government of Canada. This program will transform how the RCAF trains its pilots, Air Combat Systems Officers (ACSO), and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators (AES Op) through live flying, advanced simulations, and classroom learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct, manage, and provide oversight to AES Op Ab initio students and deliver the Flight Instructor Course (FIC) to AES Op instructor candidates.
- Serve as AES Op subject matter expert to support the FAcT ramp‑up plan and transition‑in activities up to Ready for Training (RFT) and Training Steady State (TSS), including supporting courseware...
