Airframe Systems Engineer – Calgary, AB
Flair Airlines is seeking a skilled Airframe Systems Engineer to oversee airframe system maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational readiness of our fleet. This on‑site role at our Calgary office involves compliance, troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins, and technical publications.
- Provide real‑time support for aircraft‑on‑ground (AOG) situations and complex maintenance issues.
- Develop Engineering Orders and maintenance procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze fleet performance and recommend proactive solutions to prevent recurring defects.
- Lead aircraft retrofit campaigns, modifications, and special projects in collaboration with maintenance teams.
