Alumni Engagement Officer – Faculty of Health Sciences
We are seeking an Alumni Engagement Officer (3-year contract) to support the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will strengthen relationships with FHS alumni by designing and delivering strategic engagement opportunities that foster connection, pride, and long‑term involvement with McMaster. You will develop and manage a mix of virtual and in‑person programming, volunteer and recognition initiatives, tailored to the unique needs and interests of FHS alumni.
Responsibilities
- Complete an annual needs assessment and recommend an action plan; provide input into program planning and objectives
- Evaluate ongoing alumni engagement programs within the portfolio and recommend enhancements
