Job Description
Location: Toronto, Ontario We are seeking an experienced AWS Architect specializing in Amazon Connect to design, implement, and maintain robust contact center solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting Amazon Connect solutions, developing integrations with other AWS services, automating deployments, and ensuring the platform's security, performance, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AWS services, strong development skills in Java and Node.js, and a solid understanding of cloud architecture principles.
Architecture & Design (30%)
- Architect and design Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, IVR systems, and routing profiles.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and other relevant services.
