Role Overview Tangem is looking for an experienced Community Manager to run and scale our global ambassador program. This role requires hands-on proven experience managing ambassador programs, an understanding of how Web3 communities operate, and the ability to transform an existing program into a structured, high-impact growth channel. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day execution, growth, and performance of the ambassador program, with clear ownership and autonomy.
What You’ll Do
- Scale the existing program (50+ ambassadors, dedicated landing page) into a larger, more impactful global initiative.
