Core Responsibilities
- Execute training programs in operations, ensuring success and proposing process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and execute action plans for training programs led by the Senior Analyst.
- Support the detection of training needs and ensure the execution of onboarding, retraining, and rollouts.
- Organize, execute, and remotely follow up on compliance with training programs.
Requirements
- Availability to work on-site 4 days a week in the SVC of Concepción.
- Strong skills in information transmission and professional presentations.
- Proficiency in databases and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI tools.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and training.
