Location
Región del Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, Ciudad de Rancagua.
Salary
Monthly gross salary approximately $2,225,628, including a monthly modernization bonus.
Gross salary without the modernization bonus: $1,816,997 (paid in Jan-Feb-Apr-May-July-Aug-Oct-Nov).
Gross salary with modernization bonus: $3,042,890 (paid in Mar-Jun-Sep-Dec).
After first year, modernization bonus component increases based on team performance and work months.
