Job Description
We are recruiting for a fully integrated real asset fund management and development platform. With a total AUM of about USD80b, they operate in the logistics, data centres and infrastructure space.
Reporting to the Head of Investments, you will be independently evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial modelling, and prepare high-quality investment papers as well as ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision making.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Investment Evaluation - Independently assess potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes and geographies, including both equity and debt structures
- Financial Modelling - Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyze deal-level economics, sensitivity scenarios, and return metrics (e.g., IRR, equity multiple)
