BMO is seeking an Analyst, Change Management for a two‑year term.
Responsibilities
- Support key activities to manage Technology governance bodies based on an understanding of the mandate and stakeholder needs.
- Collect and track metrics and help address any issues.
- Support technology remediations; tasks typically focused on planning, process design, governance, organization change management and testing activities.
- Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ad hoc organization change management practice support.
- Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
