The Opportunity
The Analyst II plays a critical role in the successful fulfillment and closing of commercial mortgage transactions. This position is responsible for instructing, advancing, and managing mortgage files from the moment a financing offer is accepted through to final closing. Working within established company policies and procedures, the Analyst II ensures all documentation, conditions, and approvals are completed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of files from commitment to completion.
How you will contribute
- Enter complete and accurate loan details in the internal system using information from the commitment letter, CMHC conditions, underwriting binder, and legal documentation.
