Responsibilities
- Prepare and review customs documentation (invoices, pediments, certificates of origin, packing lists, and reports) for import and export operations under IMMEX program requirements.
- Coordinate with customs brokers (Mexico and U.S.), carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation for shipments.
- Support validation and reconciliation of customs entries against Annex 24 systems and maintain databases aligned with Annex 24 and 30 requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with foreign trade regulations, including trade agreements, non‑tariff regulations, and applicable rules.
- Compile, review, and archive documentation (physical and electronic) for IMMEX program operations and U.S. customs requirements. <...
