POSITION OVERVIEW Graywood is an industry‑leading real estate development company with a proven history of success. Graywood is focused on residential mixed‑use development in the Greater Toronto Area and other major Canadian markets. During its 40‑year history, Graywood has developed over 31,000 housing units including residential lots, low‑rise housing, mid and high‑rise condominiums, hotels, and retirement residences with a combined value of over $9.2 billion. It currently has over 6,000 units (5.2 million sq. ft.) under development with a value of over $4.3 billion.
