Build the future with us. As an Analyst, Life Events (GSR), you will analyze complex member situations and apply legislation to ensure accurate and compliant benefit processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze member accounts and legal documentation to determine beneficiary entitlements, pension divisions, and applicable tax and legislative requirements across Canada.
- Review and process complex life event cases (e.g., death, divorce, bankruptcy, unlocking requests, deaccumulation plans) in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Perform calculations related to pension divisions, settlements, and ongoing payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, compliance, legal) and communicate with members/clients to obtain required information and resolve complex cases.
