ABOUT THE ROLE
TPA is seeking a detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy Analyst, Parking Development to support the delivery of parking technology projects across our On‑and Off‑Street parking portfolio. This role combines onsite testing of parking systems, backend/app validation, test script development, and data analysis/reporting to ensure a seamless parking experience for our customers. In this role, you will coordinate technology‑based initiatives, design and execute structured test scripts, test new solutions in the field and virtually, and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting. You will work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure projects meet quality, performance, and customer experience goals.
