Role Overview
The IESO Analyst, Program Performance will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of demand‑side management programs, specifically for First Nation and residential communities in Ontario. The role includes administrative support, program analysis, design, delivery, technical research, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Program Performance team members and advisors.
- Offer advice on new or improved processes to increase efficiencies and enhance ratepayer value.
- Maintain knowledge of industry innovations, market transformation activities, and best practices.
- Recommend continuous improvement initiatives for demand‑side management programs.
- Assist in program design analysis, including concepts, measures, market characteristics, barriers, participation forecasting, cost‑effectiveness testing, and business case development.
