As a Site Performance Analyst, within Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in the deployment, evolution, and optimal use of site performance tracking platforms. Working on large‑scale construction projects, you will act as a central link between field teams, preconstruction, and tracking tools, contributing to the standardization of data capture, cost monitoring, performance reporting, and the consolidation of lessons learned across the organization. This role focuses on leveraging data from existing systems to improve estimating accuracy and jobsite operational performance, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
