What your day-to-day will look like:
- Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries.
- Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule.
- Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
- Communicate any problems with customers or vendors.
- Support members of the equipment administration team, operations personnel.
- Confirm accuracy of database and generate monthly reports.
- Confirm accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely.
