Position Summary
This role drives business development and account management activities, playing a key part in the growth of the ecosystem. It involves working closely with seller partners, supporting their onboarding, transaction experience, and business growth.
What you’ll do
This role manages accounts and drives business growth across a wide portfolio of sellers. Regular business reviews with top sellers may be conducted to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Identifying and targeting sellers who align with the strategy is essential, along with facilitating their smooth onboarding onto the platform. This includes assistance with item setup, offer content, PO creation, and coordination for inbounding processes. Monitoring and reporting on business KPIs, including GMV and other performance metrics, are critical responsibilities.
