Job Overview
This full‑time payroll position serves the payroll function within the HR Services team.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager, Senior Analyst and Business Units to accurately process requests in accordance with existing processes.
- Respond to payroll requests from employees, managers and government authorities.
- Support analysts in the implementation of system changes.
- Perform various pay adjustments and calculations.
- Participate in HR Services process improvement activities (understand customer needs, analyze processes, recommend improvements).
- Provide team support for reporting and special projects.
