Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for data centre projects to support profitability analysis and KPI development.
- Assist in the month-end close process and prepare concise, informative financial reports for management.
- Track, monitor, and forecast operating costs to identify trends and potential cost‑saving opportunities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through detailed variance analysis and financial insights.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including:
