Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic resolution of inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and case management.
- Act as an ambassador of our service culture, positively influencing interactions and contributing to the enhancement of the overall employee experience.
- Use and optimize multiple HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, etc.) to respond to inquiries, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
- Interpret and clearly explain HR policies and business processes while identifying opportunities for simplification or automation.
- Document, analyze, and escalated complex cases using a structured, data‑driven approach.
