As part of our Field Services team, you will report directly to the Manager – Reliability. Responsibilities include analyzing reliability data, assisting in the development of KPI-focused reports, and communicating findings in both English and Spanish. You will collaborate with various internal departments to enhance our understanding of system reliability metrics.
