Role
The Analytics & Insights Specialist provides proactive, actionable prescriptive analytical support and business insight to the Lines of Business (LOB). With strong analytical skills, knowledge of reporting systems, and the ability to influence without authority, they act as an internal consultant, adding value and insight to key stakeholders and management. As a subject matter expert, the Analytics & Insights Specialist presents complicated analytical material concisely and interprets insights for management and partners. The role supports the advancement of analytics and data management, processes, and tools to contribute to Meridian’s strategic and year goals. This role maintains and enhances the current Reporting environment and develops new and ad hoc reporting to support the Lines of Business.
