This pivotal role involves managing the daily operations of the histology, cytology, and MOHS laboratories across multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. The successful candidate will coordinate staff supervision, workflow management, regulatory inspection readiness, and process improvements to support the growth of services and operational excellence.
