Using expert knowledge, clinical inquiry and assessment skills to guide complex clinical decisions in time‑sensitive situations, the AA plays a vital role in the Anesthesia Care Team. Under the direction of licensed anesthesiologists, your key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive pre‑operative patient assessments, developing and implementing anesthesia care plans, administering and monitoring medical interventions, and facilitating advanced communication with the surgeon, surgical team, and anesthesiologist.
