Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Must be able to offer full time for 6-month commitment with 30-day notice required.
- Preferred Schedule: Monday Friday primarily, Preferred shifts: 8hr, 10hr, and 12hr shifts, Limited 24-hour shifts
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient/Hospital.
- Scope of Work: 50 case logs MD; 50 case logs CRNA from last 12 months, CRNAs: Comfortable with some supervision and autonomous practice. Ratios may include: 1:0, 0:1, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Tennessee license and/or Mississippi license preferred (ideally both), Cardiac providers must be TEE certified, DEA required, BLS, ACLS, PALS.
- EMR: Cerner, Transitioning to Epic
