Job Description
Confidential in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a strategic General Counsel to lead the legal function, directly reporting to the CEO. You will shape the legal approach, govern compliance, manage governance, and steer APAC expansion with autonomy and commercial acumen.
You will build a scalable legal function, lead both strategic deals and investigations, and coordinate with external counsel to optimize legal spend across markets.
