Job Description
Responsibilities
- Timely issuance of billings
- Prepare manual invoices and process credit card payments
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Cash applications
- Call customers for outstanding payments on overdue accounts
- Monitor customer aging and follow up on invoices
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
- SAP experience
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $26 - $28 / hour
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
