About the Role
The Apatisiwin Program Coordinator supports Indigenous community members in achieving their employment, education, and training goals through culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services.This role delivers the Apatisiwin program under the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program (ISETP) framework, helping clients prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment. The Coordinator provides one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and community outreach while strengthening relationships with employers, training providers, and Indigenous organizations to promote long-term economic wellbeing.What You’ll Do
