Royal York Property Management is looking for a reliable and experienced Appliance Technician to attend residential rental properties, complete appliance assessments, diagnose appliance issues, perform approved appliance repairs, respond to urgent or emergency appliance calls when required, and identify additional appliance or property concerns that may require follow‑up.

This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, hands‑on, professional, punctual, and able to work independently in the field.
