Job Description
Stantec is seeking an experienced Application Administrator with a strong focus on finance to manage, configure, and maintain our application portfolio while ensuring compliance with internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration/System Maintenance: Complete requests for configurations such as tax rates, fixed asset categories, currency rates, HRMS jobs/grades, general ledger chart of accounts and rollups, cross validation rules, etc.
- Period End: Perform period end activities including organization changes such as GL segments, rollups, etc.
- Year End: Perform year end activities.
- Assurance Services: Working with the internal and external audit groups to review the reliability and integrity of information systems. We ensure compliance with Stantec’s process and policies and help to review the controls in place to effectively mitigate risks.
- Quarterly review of security (user access) controls
