Job Description
Purpose Statement: Business Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way, determining the requirements of a project or program, communicating them clearly to stakeholders and solutions development, and helping end users test and deploy the solutions.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands. Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis. Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process focused functionality roadmap.Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process.
