Overview
We are seeking experts for a framework procurement competition in the public sector covering the period 2026‑2030. The procurement includes twelve independent sub‑areas. Applicants may be selected for one or more areas.
Scope – Development Method Support
The sub‑area focuses on expert services for development method support, acquiring consulting services for agile practices and methods (e.g., Scrum, DevOps, Lean), developing operational models, updating the Agile Development Playbook, effective use of agility tools, and related coaching and training.
