Responsibilities
Lead application development teams responsible for enterprise platforms, integrations, and digital solutions, balancing hands‑on technical leadership with people and delivery management.
Act as a technical and escalation point for solution design, architecture decisions, and complex delivery challenges.
Partner closely with technology analysts, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & analytics, and technology/business leaders to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions.
Provide delivery and technical oversight for major platforms including Salesforce, Workday Finance, and enterprise integration services.
Drive modern development practices including cloud native design, event driven architectures, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery.
