The IT Business Support Analyst will:
This position supports the business in the use of Oracle R12 Application for Latam. The successful candidate must have both data analytics skills and a good level of technical knowledge. You should either have previous knowledge of applications in scope or otherwise demonstrate the experience and capacity to learn and rapidly become proficient. You will be responsible for the configuration, administration and support of Marketing Applications and will contribute to processes that include design, importation, delivery and support. This position will ensure that the platforms are configured in accordance with defined data governance, and that data integrity is maintained. This role acts as the regional Oracle application specialist, ensuring system stability, regulatory compliance, structured enhancements, and controlled development aligned with the global Oracle governance framework.
