Responsibilities
- Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions to better meet market demands and industry requirements.
- Provide operational technical training in Brazilian territory of OMICRON products.
- Provide expert technical support and application consultations via phone and email.
- Provide customer support on the use of OMICRON equipment and its application.
- Documentation of the technical support process in the CRM/ERP system.
- Support sales activities at market events such as conferences, user meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Electrical, Electronics, Control and Automation engineer or similar, with strong knowledge in power system.
- Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service.
- 3 years of working experience in the electrical sector, in protection and automation of power system and / or substation commissioning.
